Create the Background

2. Let's start by creating the background. Pick the Rectangle Tool (M) and create a 723 by 580px rectangle. Next fill the newly created rectangle with the radial gradient like you see in the second image.

Create the Mountains

3. Next, the mountain. Pick the Pen Tool (P) and create an object as shown below. Once your object is drawn, reselect it and fill this object with the linear gradient like you see in the second image, then remove the stroke of the resulting shape.

5. Using the Line Segment Tool (\) create a vertical line of length 240px, with a black stroke and no fill. Make a copy (Ctrl +C, Ctrl +F) of the newly created line and then move the copy 185px to the right. Now reselect the two vertical lines created in this step and go to the Object > Blend > Blend Options… Follow the data as shown in the second image and click OK, then go to the Object > Blend > Make (Ctrl +Alt +B). Make sure that the blended object is still selected, replace the existing stroke color with R=154, G=212, B=255 and change the stroke weight to 4px, then apply the Width Profile 4 for the resulting object. Finally make some copies of this blended object.

6. Select a blended object created in the step 5 and rotate it an angle of about 20 degrees, then place this blended object to the position as shown in the image below. Now select the biggest green object created in the step 4 and bring it to front (Ctrl +Shift +Right Square Bracket). Keep the green object selected, hold down the Shift and click on the blended object rotated in this step, then go to the Object > Clipping Mask > Make (Ctrl +7). The newly created clipping set should look like the third image below.
